About Stephen

My name is Stephen Sandlin. I was born and raised here in the DFW metroplex. I graduated from Southlake Carroll in 2003. After high school I went on to the University of Oklahoma where I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Political Science. On top of receiving my degree up in Oklahoma, I also was lucky enough to meet my beautiful wife/best friend, Kori Elizabeth. After college I moved back home and went to work for my family at Sandlin Homes. My family has been in the real estate business since the founding of Sandlin homes in 1957, so this industry is in my veins. After selling new homes for my family for 4 years I decided to branch out on my own. I always loved working in real estate and have a real passion for it, so the obvious choice for me was to get my real estate license and become a full-blown Realtor. As soon as I received my license I joined the team over at Roxann Taylor & Associates, Realtors as a full-time exclusive buyers agent. As a buyer’s agent I am able to spend the majority of my time helping out a lot of great people to find the home of their dreams. The great thing about real estate is there are so many different avenues you can take in this business. Besides just helping people to find their dream homes, I also am very passionate about real estate investing, commercial real estate and real estate development. I am always looking for ways to improve my skills so that when I am helping a client I know I will be able to provide them the most exemplary service. And I am constantly educating myself in other fields of real estate, such as investing and development, so that when I see an opportunity I will have the tools necessary to try and turn that opportunity into a reality. I am always on the lookout for a great deal, and if  I see one I will try and do what I can to secure it, if not for myself, then for someone else. At this point in my career it is all about my buyer’s. Whether you area first-time buyer, an investor, buying a $50,000 home or a $10,000,000 home, I will give you everything I have to make sure your home-buying experience is as smooth, seamless, and stress-free as possible. If I can get it done for my buyer’s and they are happy with my performance I can rest easy at night. So if anyone out there is looking for someone to represent them during the purchase of a property, look no further, because you have found your man.
